Made in Moradabad, India. Part of our range is made at our own unit and the rest at specialist Moradabad workshops we have worked with for years, against a sample we approve. Checking and dispatch stay with us.

- Shipping
- Export enquiries are welcome. Tell us your destination country and we confirm shipping terms and documents in the quote.
- Packing and proof
- The packing method is written into the quote. A packing video is shared on dispatch day, so you see what went into the carton.
- Lead time
- Usually 7 to 10 days to dispatch after confirmation, depending on quantity, size and finish.
- Payment
- 50% advance to start production and the balance before dispatch. Payment terms for export orders are confirmed in the quote.

Are your copper water bottles pure copper or lined?
The body is pure copper. There is no steel or other metal lining inside. A lacquer coating is applied on the outside.
What does the lacquer coating do?
It protects the outer surface, so the bottle keeps its shine and shows fewer spots. Like any coating it can wear with rough handling, so we advise a soft cloth and mild soap, not scouring pads.
Which sizes and weights are available?
The sizes are 500 ml, 750 ml and 1000 ml. Weights are about 230 g, 250 g and 280 g depending on size and gauge. We can make lighter or heavier on request, and the exact weight is written into your quote.

What is the minimum order for export?

Can I use it for hot drinks or juice?
No. These bottles are made for drinking water. We do not recommend hot drinks or acidic liquids such as juice.
Do you make health claims about copper bottles?
No. We describe the material and the make, not medical results. Copper vessels are traditionally used in Indian homes for drinking water. Rules for how you may describe them differ by country, so check your own market, and we will share the product facts you need.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. The sample is approved before production starts. Sample terms are shared on WhatsApp.
